Dr. Gregory Gerald Smith is an experienced Internal Medicine physician dedicated to providing thoughtful, comprehensive, and compassionate medical care to adults throughout the Sacramento community.

As Co-Founder and Medical Director of KC Cares Med, Dr. Smith brings extensive clinical and healthcare leadership experience to the practice. His background includes primary and internal medicine, management of acute and chronic medical conditions, post-acute care, skilled nursing care, and physician leadership.

KC Cares Med was created to bring knowledge and compassion together in every patient encounter. Dr. Smith believes quality healthcare should be accessible, personal, and centered on each patient’s needs.
